You can return or exchange the product you purchased through bybahartetik.com within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason. When you want to return/exchange any order, you can cancel it by sending your order number and your cancellation request to the e-mail address [email protected]. The cost of our returned cargo belongs to the customer. If your order is in "Shipped" status, you can return your order instead of canceling it.
